Ez-Book Annual Maintenance Contract:
This is the most comprehensive and responsive means of receiving support
and includes system upgrades as standard.
- Same-day support via telephone and/or remote access
- Minimum of two software upgrades each year (installed remotely)
- In cases where issues cannot be rectified remotely, site visits are carried
out and are not chargeable (apart from expenses)
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 10pm. Out of hours support is available at a supplement.
Training Courses:
Training courses are designed to assist clients in configuring their data,
getting used to the software and raising any questions before going live.
Training is aimed at the end users of the systems, as well as managers and
technical engineers.
Training is usually carried out on-site with no more than four members of
staff and is divided into half day sessions.
The number of sessions required is dependent on the size and scope of the
installation. Half and full day training sessions are available.
